For your convenience we have included a link to download this form so that you can fill it out in advance.

Field Fee: $10.00
All Day Air: $5.00

Standard Rental: $10.00
(Standard Rental includes Marker, Hopper, HPA Tank, Goggles)

Premium Rental: (add $5 to the standard rental)
(Premium Rental includes: Smart Parts SP-1 Marker, Hopper LPA Tank, Goggles)

Ego and Geo (add $20 to the standard rental)
